Ingredients
  

For the Biscuits:
  • 1 cup self-rising flour
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt or dairy-free alternative

  • Wooden spoon or spatula

Method
 

Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, add 1 cup of self-rising flour and 1 cup of Greek yogurt. Mix gently with a wooden spoon or spatula.
  3. Knead the mixture gently in the bowl for about a minute until it forms a cohesive dough.
  4. Turn the dough onto a floured surface and flatten to about ½ inch thick. Cut out biscuit shapes.
  5. Place the biscuits on a baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
  6. Let cool for a few minutes before serving warm with butter, honey, or jam.

Notes

  • Store leftover biscuits in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
  • For longer storage, freeze wrapped biscuits for up to 3 months.
  • Reheat in a toaster oven or conventional oven for best results.
