- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a mixing bowl, add 1 cup of self-rising flour and 1 cup of Greek yogurt. Mix gently with a wooden spoon or spatula.
- Knead the mixture gently in the bowl for about a minute until it forms a cohesive dough.
- Turn the dough onto a floured surface and flatten to about ½ inch thick. Cut out biscuit shapes.
- Place the biscuits on a baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
- Let cool for a few minutes before serving warm with butter, honey, or jam.
