Directions:
- In a mixing bowl, combine the granulated sugar and ground cinnamon. Mix until well blended. Set it aside.
- Heat a skillet or frying pan over medium heat. Spread 1 tablespoon of salted butter evenly on one side of each slice of bread. Place the slices butter-side down in the pan.
- Cook the bread for about 2-3 minutes until golden brown. Flip and cook the other side for another 2-3 minutes.
- Remove the toast from the skillet and sprinkle the chopped chocolate over the top to melt slightly.
- Sprinkle the cinnamon sugar mixture over the melted chocolate and serve immediately.

- Store cinnamon sugar mix in an airtight container for up to a month.
- For gluten-free, use gluten-free bread.
