Ingredients
  

For the Chicken:
  • 2 pounds chicken drumsticks (about 8)
  • 1 tablespoon canola oil
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder

Method
 

Instructions:
  1. Step 1: Prepare the Chicken - Rinse the chicken drumsticks under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels.
  2. Step 2: Season the Chicken - In a large mixing bowl, combine canola oil, smoked paprika, chili powder, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and baking powder. Mix well, then add the chicken drumsticks and toss to coat.
  3. Step 3: Preheat the Air Fryer - Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.
  4. Step 4: Arrange the Chicken - Place the seasoned drumsticks in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  5. Step 5: Air Fry the Chicken - Cook at 400°F (200°C) for 25 to 30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
  6. Step 6: Let it Rest - Remove the drumsticks from the air fryer and let them rest for a few minutes.
