Instructions:
- Start by rinsing the haddock fillets under cold water. Pat them dry with paper towels to remove any excess moisture.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, Italian seasoning, kosher salt, and black pepper. Mix well until it forms a paste. Add the haddock fillets to the bowl and gently coat each fillet with the seasoning mixture.
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.
- Place the seasoned haddock fillets in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Air fry the fillets at 400°F for 10-12 minutes, flipping them halfway through.
- Once the haddock is cooked, sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over the fillets during the last 2 minutes of cooking.
- Carefully remove the haddock from the air fryer using a spatula or tongs. Serve immediately with fresh lemon wedges.
Notes
- Use avocado oil instead of olive oil for a different flavor.
- Replace Parmesan with nutritional yeast for a dairy-free option.
- Prepare and season the haddock a few hours in advance for easier cooking.
