  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons butter melted
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 lemon Juice of one
  • 1 tablespoon dill chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

Instructions
  1. Start by rinsing your scallops under cold water and patting them dry with paper towels.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the olive oil, melted butter, minced garlic, lemon juice, and chopped dill. Whisk until well blended.
  3. Add the dried scallops to the marinade, then sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste. Toss until evenly coated and allow to marinate for 15-30 minutes.
  4. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  5. Place the scallops in a single layer in the air fryer basket and cook for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  6. Remove the scallops from the air fryer and serve immediately. Garnish with additional fresh dill and lemon wedges if desired.

Notes

  • Ensure scallops are dry before marinating for better sear.
  • Do not overcrowd the air fryer for even cooking.
  • Add red pepper flakes to the marinade for a kick.
