  • 4 large eggs

  • 1/4 cup bell peppers diced
  • 1/4 cup spinach chopped
  • 1/4 cup low-fat cheese shredded
  • 1 spray Nonstick cooking spray

Method
 

Steps
  1. Gather all your ingredients. Dice the bell peppers and chop the spinach into small pieces.
  2. In a mixing bowl, crack open the 4 large eggs. Add salt and black pepper to taste. Whisk until combined and slightly frothy.
  3. Stir in the diced bell peppers, chopped spinach, and shredded low-fat cheese into the egg mixture.
  4. Preheat your air fryer to 300°F (150°C) for about 3-5 minutes.
  5. Spray the air fryer basket with nonstick cooking spray.
  6. Pour the egg mixture into the prepared air fryer basket and cook at 300°F (150°C) for about 10-12 minutes.
  7. Check the omelet after 10 minutes. If it’s not fully set, continue to cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
  8. Carefully remove the omelet from the air fryer using a spatula. Cut into wedges and serve warm.
