Start by preheating your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine the softened butter and Monkfruit sweetener. Cream them together until light and fluffy.
Add in the kosher salt, vanilla extract, and flaxseed meal. Mix until fully incorporated.
Gradually add the almond flour to the wet mixture, stirring until a soft dough forms.
Portion out the dough and roll it into balls. Place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden.
Remove from the oven and allow to cool on the baking sheet for about 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
