Method
 

Cooking Instructions:
  1. Step 1: Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) for crispy fries.
  2. Step 2: Wash and scrub the russet potatoes thoroughly under running water.
  3. Step 3: Slice the potatoes into thin strips, about 1/4 inch thick.
  4. Step 4: In a large bowl, combine olive oil, cornstarch, salt, garlic powder, pepper, cumin, and chipotle chili pepper. Add the cut potatoes and toss until coated.
  5. Step 5: Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread the coated fries in a single layer.
  6. Step 6: Bake for about 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through until golden and crispy.
  7. Step 7: Mix ketchup and salsa in a small bowl, adjusting hot sauce to taste.
