Method
 

  1. Start by preheating your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Wash and dry your red potatoes thoroughly. Cut them into wedges.

  4. Spread the potato wedges out in a single layer on your baking sheet.
  5. Bake for about 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through for even browning.
  6. The fries are done when golden brown and crispy. For extra crispiness, bake for an additional 5-10 minutes.
  7. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
