  • 1 tsp minced garlic (1 clove)
  • Salt to taste
  • freshly ground black pepper to taste
  • 2 tsp minced fresh parsley (optional)

Method
 

Cooking Instructions:
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or aluminum foil for easy cleanup.
  3. Place the salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet. Season each fillet generously with salt and freshly ground black pepper.
  4. In a mixing bowl, combine the melted butter, Dijon mustard, honey, and minced garlic. Whisk the ingredients together until smooth.
  5. Using a spatula or brush, generously spread the honey mustard sauce over each salmon fillet.
  6. Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake the salmon for about 12-15 minutes, or until it flakes easily with a fork.
  7. Remove the salmon from the oven and let it rest for a minute. If desired, sprinkle minced fresh parsley on top before serving.
