  • 2 cups All-Purpose Flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon Kosher Salt

  • 1/2 cup Butter softened
  • 3/4 cup Brown Sugar
  • 2 Eggs beaten
  • 2 1/2 cups Overripe Bananas mashed

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Grease your loaf pan with butter or non-stick spray.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.
  4. In another bowl, beat the softened butter and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
  5. Add the beaten eggs to the butter and sugar mixture, mixing until well combined. Fold in the mashed bananas.
  6. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring just until combined.
  7. Gently fold in the chopped walnuts.
  8. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
  9. Bake for 60-70 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  10. Let the bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
