  1. Step 1: Prepare the Bananas. Start with two ripe bananas. Peel them and slice them into smaller pieces before freezing.
  2. Step 2: Freeze the Bananas. Place the sliced bananas in a single layer on a baking sheet and freeze for about 2-3 hours, or until they are solid.
  3. Step 3: Blend the Frozen Bananas. Add the frozen bananas to your blender or food processor. Blend on high speed until they start to break down, scraping the sides as needed.
  4. Step 4: Achieve the Whipped Texture. Continue blending until the mixture becomes light and fluffy, resembling soft serve ice cream. Add any mix-ins if desired.
  5. Step 5: Serve Immediately. Spoon the Banana Whip into your serving bowl and enjoy!
