  • 1 tablespoon ground flaxseed meal optional

  1. Step 1: Gather Your Ingredients. Start by gathering all of your ingredients. This ensures you have everything ready to go, making the process smooth and efficient.
  2. Step 2: Add Ingredients to Blender. In your blender, combine the spinach, almond milk, rolled oats, frozen blueberries, Greek yogurt, maple syrup or honey, and ground flaxseed meal if using.
  3. Step 3: Blend Until Smooth. Secure the lid on your blender and blend on high until the mixture is smooth and creamy. This should take about 30-60 seconds depending on your blender.
  4. Step 4: Taste and Adjust. Once blended, taste your smoothie. If you prefer it sweeter, add more maple syrup or honey and blend again briefly.
  5. Step 5: Serve. Pour the smoothie into your favorite glass or mason jar. You can garnish with a few extra blueberries or a sprinkle of flaxseed on top for added flair!
