Instructions:
- Step 1: Preheat the broiler. Position the rack about 6 inches below the broiler element.
- Step 2: Scrub and dry the potatoes thoroughly. Slice into wedges or cubes.
- Step 3: In a mixing bowl, combine the olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, dried oregano, and smoked paprika. Toss the potato pieces until fully coated.
- Step 4: Line the baking sheet with parchment paper or aluminum foil. Spread the potatoes in a single layer.
- Step 5: Broil for 10-15 minutes, turning halfway through for even browning. Watch closely to prevent burning.
- Step 6: Remove from the oven, garnish with parsley if desired, and serve hot.
Notes
