  • 1.5 cups shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup finely diced cooked chicken rotisserie chicken works well
  • 0.5 cups blue cheese salad dressing
  • 0.5 cups buffalo wing sauce adjust based on spice preference

Method
 

Preparation Steps:
  1. Step 1: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Slice the jalapeno peppers in half lengthwise and remove the seeds and membranes.
  2. Step 2: In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, mozzarella cheese, diced chicken, blue cheese dressing, and buffalo wing sauce. Mix until creamy.
  3. Step 3: Stuff each jalapeno half with the buffalo chicken mixture, packing it in well.
  4. Step 4: Place the stuffed jalapenos on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 20-25 minutes until tender and cheese is bubbly.
  5. Step 5: Let cool for a few minutes before serving warm.
