  • 1 cup cooked chopped chicken
  • 1/2 cup chopped celery
  • 3 Tbsp buffalo wing sauce
  • 1/2 cup bottled ranch dressing
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Equipment

  • Parchment paper
  • Mixing bowl
  • Rolling Pin
  • Cookie cutter or knife
  • Pastry brush

Method

  1. Step 1: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Roll out the defrosted puff pastry on a lightly floured surface and cut into 3x3 inch squares.
  2. Step 2: In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked chicken, chopped celery, buffalo wing sauce, ranch dressing, mayonnaise, and cheddar cheese. Mix until well combined.
  3. Step 3: Place a tablespoon of filling in the center of each pastry square. Fold and seal the edges with a fork.
  4. Step 4: Place the puffs on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Brush with melted butter or egg wash. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
  5. Step 5: Let the puffs cool slightly before serving. Enjoy warm or at room temperature!

Notes

  • These puffs can be made ahead of time; just store in the fridge until ready to bake.
  • For a milder flavor, reduce the buffalo sauce.
  • Freeze unbaked puffs and bake straight from the freezer, adding a few extra minutes to the baking time.
