- In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, shredded white sharp cheddar cheese, garlic powder, and Worcestershire sauce. Use a spatula to mix until well combined and creamy.
- Next, fold in the sliced green onions and a few dashes of hot sauce. Adjust the amount of hot sauce based on your spice preference.
- Lay out a piece of plastic wrap on your countertop. Scoop the cheese mixture onto the center of the wrap and fold the sides over to form a ball shape. Twist the ends of the wrap to secure and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until firm.
- After chilling, unwrap the cheese ball and roll it in the finely chopped pecans to coat evenly.
