Ingredients
  

For the Cheese Ball:
  • 8 oz Cream Cheese at room temperature
  • 1 cup White Sharp Cheddar Cheese shredded
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
  • 3 tablespoons Green Onions sliced
  • 1 teaspoon Hot Sauce to taste
  • 1 cup Pecans finely chopped

Method
 

Instructions
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, shredded white sharp cheddar cheese, garlic powder, and Worcestershire sauce. Use a spatula to mix until well combined and creamy.
  2. Next, fold in the sliced green onions and a few dashes of hot sauce. Adjust the amount of hot sauce based on your spice preference.
  3. Lay out a piece of plastic wrap on your countertop. Scoop the cheese mixture onto the center of the wrap and fold the sides over to form a ball shape. Twist the ends of the wrap to secure and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until firm.
  4. After chilling, unwrap the cheese ball and roll it in the finely chopped pecans to coat evenly.
  5. Place the cheese ball on a serving platter and surround it with an assortment of crackers, fresh vegetables, or baguette slices.
