Ingredients

  • 1 envelope Lipton Savory Herb with Garlic Soup & Dip Mix
  • 1 8-oz package cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tsp milk
  • 2 13.8-oz tubes refrigerated pizza crust

Equipment

  • Baking sheet
  • Mixing bowl
  • Rolling Pin
  • Sharp Knife
  • Parchment paper

Method

  1. Step 1: Preheat Your Oven - Begin by preheating your oven to 375°F (190°C) for even baking.
  2. Step 2: Prepare the Filling - In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, mozzarella cheese, soup mix, and milk. Blend until smooth.
  3. Step 3: Roll Out the Pizza Crust - On a floured surface, unroll one tube of pizza crust into a rectangle, about 12x10 inches.
  4. Step 4: Spread the Filling - Evenly spread half of the cheese mixture over the pizza crust, leaving edges clear. Repeat with the second crust.
  5. Step 5: Roll It Up - Starting from one edge, tightly roll the pizza crust into a log, sealing edges as you go.
  6. Step 6: Slice the Pinwheels - Using a sharp knife, slice the log into 1-inch thick pinwheels, yielding about 12-15 per log.
  7. Step 7: Arrange on Baking Sheet - Place pinwheels on a parchment-lined baking sheet, spacing them out.
  8. Step 8: Bake - Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown and cheese is bubbling.
  9. Step 9: Serve and Enjoy - Let cool for a few minutes, then serve warm or at room temperature.
