Preparation Steps:
- Step 1: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Step 2: In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese and 1 ½ cups of shredded mozzarella cheese. Microwave for 30-60 seconds until melted.
- Step 3: Add the egg, almond flour, salt, garlic powder, and baking powder to the cheese mixture. Stir until well combined.
- Step 4: Grease your oven-safe pan and spread the dough evenly across the bottom, forming a crust along the edges.
- Step 5: Bake the crust for about 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
- Step 6: Remove the crust, spread pizza sauce, and top with mozzarella, cheddar, sausage, peppers, and onion.
- Step 7: Bake again for 10-15 minutes until the cheese is bubbling.
- Step 8: Garnish with fresh basil and serve.
