Ingredients

For the Sliders:
  • 1 pkg Hawaiian sweet rolls (12 rolls)
  • 3 Tablespoons butter
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • ½ teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 4 oz. cream cheese (softened)
  • 2 Tablespoons sour cream
  • 2 Tablespoons mayo (light)
  • ½ cup artichokes (drained and chopped, preferably quartered in brine)
  • 1 pkg Ranch dressing seasoning mix (I used Hidden Valley)
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup fresh spinach (chopped)
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Equipment

  • Oven
  • Mixing bowl
  • Spatula or Wooden Spoon
  • 9x13 inch baking dish
  • Knife

Method

Method:
  1. Step 1: Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). This ensures your sliders bake evenly and become perfectly golden brown.
  2. Step 2: Prepare the Filling
In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, and mayo. Mix until smooth. Then, add the minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper, and mix until well incorporated.
  3. Step 3: Add the Artichokes and Spinach
Gently fold in the chopped artichokes and fresh spinach. Finally, sprinkle in the ranch dressing seasoning mix and half of the shredded mozzarella cheese. Mix until everything is well combined.
  4. Step 4: Cut the Rolls
Using a serrated knife, carefully slice the package of Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally, keeping them connected at the sides. Place the bottom half in a greased 9x13-inch baking dish.
  5. Step 5: Assemble the Sliders
Spread the creamy spinach artichoke filling evenly over the bottom half of the rolls. Top with the remaining mozzarella cheese. Place the top half of the rolls back on.
  6. Step 6: Butter the Top
Melt the butter and brush it over the top of the sliders. This will give them that beautiful golden color and delicious buttery flavor.
  7. Step 7: Bake
Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes. Then, remove the foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until the tops are golden and the cheese is bubbling.
  8. Step 8: Serve and Enjoy!
Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before slicing into individual sliders. Serve warm and watch them disappear!
