Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound boiled chicken cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup dill pickles chopped
  • 1/4 cup red onion diced

Method
 

  1. Boil your chicken until fully cooked, then allow it to cool before cutting it into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Dice the red onion and chop the dill pickles into small pieces.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, add the boiled chicken, mayonnaise, chopped dill pickles, and diced red onion.
  4. Using a serving spoon, gently fold the ingredients together until everything is evenly coated with mayonnaise.
  5. Taste your chicken salad and add salt and pepper as needed.
  6. Cover the chicken salad and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
