Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a food processor, pulse the macadamia nuts until finely chopped. In a mixing bowl, combine the nuts, panko, chili powder, cayenne, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Pat the tilapia fillets dry. In a separate bowl, whisk the egg. Dip each fillet in the egg, then press into the nut mixture.
- Place the crusted fillets on a baking sheet. Drizzle olive oil over them. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden and flaky.
- Let the tilapia rest for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!

- Chop macadamia nuts finely, but avoid turning them into nut butter.
