In a medium saucepan, combine the 2 cups of chocolate chips and 1 cup of canned coconut milk.
Place the saucepan over low heat. Stir continuously until the chocolate chips are completely melted and the mixture is smooth.
Once melted, stir in the 1/4 cup of coconut palm sugar or raw honey. Keep stirring until fully dissolved and incorporated.
