Ingredients

  • 4 large Eggs separated
  • 1 teaspoon Cream of Tartar
  • 4 tablespoons Cream Cheese softened
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Onion Powder

Equipment

  • Mixing bowls
  • Electric mixer
  • Baking sheet
  • Spatula
  • Cookie scoop or spoon

Method

  1. Step 1: Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Step 2: Carefully separate the egg whites from the yolks. Place the egg whites in a clean mixing bowl.
  3. Step 3: Add the cream of tartar to the egg whites. Whip the egg whites on medium-high speed until stiff peaks form, about 3-5 minutes.
  4. Step 4: In a separate bowl, mix the egg yolks, softened cream cheese, salt, garlic powder, and onion powder until smooth.
  5. Step 5: Gently fold the whipped egg whites into the egg yolk mixture to maintain the fluffiness.
  6. Step 6: Portion the cloud bread mixture onto the prepared baking sheet with a scoop or spoon.
  7. Step 7: Bake for 25-30 minutes, until tops are lightly golden and firm to the touch.
  8. Step 8: Let cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
