Ingredients
  

  • 1 24-ounce bag semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 pound white chocolate almond bark
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable shortening
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 1-pound can lightly salted peanuts
  • 1 1-pound can lightly salted cashews
  • 8 ounces white chocolate almond bark for drizzling

Method
 

  1. Step 1: Prepare Your Crock Pot - Set your Crock Pot to low heat for even melting.
  2. Step 2: Melt the Chocolate - Combine semi-sweet chocolate chips, white chocolate almond bark, vegetable shortening, and vanilla extract in a mixing bowl. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
  3. Step 3: Add the Nuts - Stir in the peanuts and cashews until fully coated.
  4. Step 4: Transfer to the Crock Pot - Pour the mixture into the preheated Crock Pot and spread evenly.
  5. Step 5: Cook Low and Slow - Cover and cook on low for 1.5 to 2 hours, stirring every 30 minutes.
  6. Step 6: Form the Clusters - Scoop small clusters onto wax or parchment paper, shaping them into mounds.
  7. Step 7: Drizzle with White Chocolate - Melt the remaining white chocolate almond bark and drizzle over the clusters.
