Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Line your baking sheet with aluminum foil or parchment paper.
In a mixing bowl, combine the avocado oil, paprika, garlic powder, dried parsley, ground turmeric, sea salt, and black pepper. Stir until well mixed.
Place the cod fillets on the prepared baking sheet. Brush or drizzle the seasoning mixture evenly over each fillet.
Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
Once cooked, remove the cod from the oven and let it rest for a minute. Serve it warm.
