- Step 1: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Step 2: In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth and creamy.
- Step 3: Open the can of refrigerated crescent rolls and unroll the dough onto a lightly floured surface.
- Step 4: Take a triangle of crescent dough, place a tablespoon of cream cheese filling at the wider end, add a teaspoon of jam, roll it up, pinch the edges, and place on the baking sheet.
- Step 5: Bake for about 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
- Step 6: Let them cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy warm or at room temperature.
