Ingredients
  

For the Pizza:
  • 4 pieces flatbreads Store-bought or homemade
  • 1/2 cup pizza sauce Your favorite brand or homemade
  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 3 pieces Roma tomatoes thinly sliced
  • 1 can artichoke hearts packed in water, drained
  • 8 ounces cream cheese softened
  • to taste fresh basil leaves for garnish

Method
 

Cooking Instructions:
  1. Step 1: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) for even baking.
  2. Step 2: Place the flatbreads on a baking sheet. Brush lightly with olive oil if desired.
  3. Step 3: Spread about 2 tablespoons of pizza sauce on each flatbread, leaving a small border.
  4. Step 4: In a bowl, mix the cream cheese with a pinch of salt and pepper. Spread it over the pizza sauce.
  5. Step 5: Evenly distribute the mozzarella cheese, followed by tomatoes and artichoke hearts on each flatbread.
  6. Step 6: Bake for 15-20 minutes until the cheese is melted and edges are golden.
  7. Step 7: Garnish with fresh basil, slice, and serve hot!

Notes

  • Assemble flatbreads in advance and store in the fridge for up to 24 hours.
  • Freeze assembled flatbreads wrapped tightly for up to 2 months.
  • For a gluten-free option, use gluten-free flatbreads or cauliflower crusts.
