Ingredients
  

  • 2 tablespoons fajita seasoning
  • 3 tablespoons lime juice freshly squeezed
  • 4 tablespoons water
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil neutral oil
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce

Method
 

  1. Start by measuring out all the ingredients. Having everything ready makes the process much easier.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the 2 tablespoons of fajita seasoning with the 3 tablespoons of lime juice. Use a whisk to blend them together until the seasoning is well dissolved.
  3. Next, pour in the 4 tablespoons of water and 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil. Continue whisking until the mixture is fully combined and smooth.
  4. Add the 1 tablespoon of soy sauce and whisk again until everything is well incorporated. The marinade should have a slightly thick consistency.
  5. Pour it over your choice of meat or vegetables in a resealable bag or container. Seal it and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 8 hours for deeper flavor.
  6. Once marinated, grill, sauté, or bake your ingredients as desired. You’ll be amazed at the flavor that this Fajita Sauce (Marinade) brings to your dish!
