  • 6 tbsp tomato sauce
  • pitted black olives, sliced
  • pepperoni slices (or turkey pepperoni as a substitute)
  • mozzarella cheese, grated
  • 7 pieces plum tomatoes, halved
  • fresh basil leaves

Method
 

Instructions
  1. Step 1: Preheat Your Oven - Start by preheating your oven to 400°F (200°C) for a crispy crust.
  2. Step 2: Prepare the Baguettes - Slice the baguettes in half lengthwise and place cut-side up on a baking sheet.
  3. Step 3: Spread the Sauce - Spread 3 tablespoons of basil pesto and then 3 tablespoons of tomato sauce on each baguette half.
  4. Step 4: Add Your Toppings - Sprinkle grated mozzarella cheese, then add sliced black olives and pepperoni, and arrange halved plum tomatoes on top.
  5. Step 5: Bake the Pizzas - Bake for about 10-12 minutes until the cheese is melted and the edges are golden brown.
  6. Step 6: Garnish and Serve - Remove from the oven, garnish with fresh basil, slice, and serve hot.
