Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • 1 cup frozen mango chunks
  • 1/3 piece English cucumber cut into 1-inch chunks
  • 1 handful fresh baby spinach
  • 1 to 2 tablespoons fresh minced ginger to taste
  • Ice cubes as needed

Method
 

  1. Start by gathering all the ingredients on your countertop.
  2. Using your cutting board and knife, cut the English cucumber into 1-inch chunks and mince the ginger.
  3. In your blender, combine the orange juice, plain yogurt, frozen mango chunks, cucumber, baby spinach, and minced ginger. Add ice cubes if desired.
  4. Blend on high until all ingredients are smooth, scraping down the sides as necessary.
  5. Taste the smoothie and adjust the flavor by adding more ginger or orange juice if needed.
  6. Pour the smoothie into a serving glass and garnish as desired.
