Golden Graham Smores

These Golden Graham Smores are a delightful, no-bake treat that combines gooey marshmallows, rich chocolate, and crunchy cereal!

Ingredients
  

  • 5 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 6 cups miniature marshmallows divided use
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 8 cups Golden Grahams cereal
  • 1 cup milk chocolate chips
  • 1 bar Hershey’s chocolate cut into pieces

Equipment

  • Large saucepan
  • Wooden spoon or spatula
  • 9x13 inch baking dish
  • Measuring cups and spoons
  • Parchment paper (optional)

Method
 

  1. In a large saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter. Once melted, add in 4 cups of the marshmallows and stir until completely melted.
  2. Remove from heat and add Golden Grahams cereal, stirring gently until all the cereal is coated.
  3. Fold in the milk chocolate chips and Hershey’s pieces.
  4. Line a baking dish with parchment paper, pour in the mixture, and press down firmly.
  5. Allow to cool for about 30 minutes, then cut into squares and serve.

Notes

  • Store leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week.
  • For a fruity twist, add fresh berries on top before serving.
  • These bars can be made a day or two in advance for easy meal prep.
