Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups non-fat, plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon dried Italian seasonings
  • 1 teaspoon dried dill
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon garlic salt
  • ¼ teaspoon cracked black pepper
  • 1-2 tablespoons milk (for desired consistency)

Equipment

  • Mixing bowl
  • Measuring spoons
  • Whisk or spoon
  • Storage Container

Method

  1. Start by measuring out all the ingredients listed above. Having everything ready will make the mixing process seamless.
  2. In a medium-sized mixing bowl, add 1 ½ cups of non-fat, plain Greek yogurt. The yogurt serves as the creamy base of this dip.
  3. Sprinkle in 1 teaspoon each of dried Italian seasonings, dried dill, onion powder, garlic powder, and ½ teaspoon of garlic salt. Finish with ¼ teaspoon of cracked black pepper. These seasonings are what give the dip its flavor profile.
  4. Using a whisk or spoon, mix all the ingredients together until everything is well combined and the dip is smooth. Taste your mixture and adjust the seasoning if needed.
  5. If you prefer a thinner dip, gradually add 1-2 tablespoons of milk, stirring after each addition until you reach your desired consistency.
  6. For the best flavor, let the Greek Yogurt Dip chill in the fridge for at least 30 minutes before serving. This allows the flavors to meld beautifully!

Notes

  • Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for 3-5 days.
  • Try adding fresh herbs for a burst of flavor.
  • Add a pinch of cayenne pepper for a spicy kick!
