  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/4 cup butter melted

  1. Step 1: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Step 2: Grease your loaf pan with a little butter or non-stick spray.
  3. Step 3: In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  4. Step 4: In a separate bowl, combine the buttermilk, egg, and melted butter. Whisk until fully incorporated.

  6. Step 6: Transfer the batter into your prepared loaf pan.
