  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
Optional Seasonings:
  • Garlic powder
  • Paprika
  • Rosemary

Equipment

  • Air Fryer
  • Cutting Board
  • Sharp Knife
  • Mixing bowl
  • Tongs

Method

Instructions:
  1. Start by scrubbing your potatoes under cold water to remove any dirt. Then, cut them into 1/4-inch thick sticks.
  2. For extra crispiness, soak the cut fries in cold water for at least 30 minutes.
  3. After soaking, drain the potatoes and pat them dry. Transfer to a mixing bowl, drizzle with olive oil and salt, and toss until evenly coated.
  4. Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  5. Place the seasoned fries in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  6. Cook the fries for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
  7. Once golden brown and crispy, remove from the air fryer and serve immediately.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, try adding garlic powder or smoked paprika.
  • Make sure to cut the potatoes into uniform sizes for even cooking.
  • Store leftovers in an airtight container and reheat in the air fryer for best results.
