Method
 

Instructions:
  1. Gather your ingredients and ensure they are at room temperature.
  2. Cream the softened butter in a large mixing bowl using a hand mixer or stand mixer on medium speed until light and fluffy (2-3 minutes).
  3. Slowly add the honey and pure maple syrup while mixing to create a sweet base.
  4. Sprinkle in the kosher salt and ground cinnamon (if using). Mix until smooth.
  5. Taste the honey butter and adjust sweetness by adding more honey or maple syrup if desired.
  6. Transfer the honey butter into an airtight container and smooth the top.

Notes

  • Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
  • You can freeze honey butter for up to 3 months.
  • If it separates after freezing, remix with a spatula before using.
