In a medium mixing bowl, melt 1/4 cup of unsalted butter until it’s completely liquefied. Be careful not to let it brown.
While the butter is melting, finely mince 4 cloves of garlic.
Once the butter is melted, add in the minced garlic, 1/4 cup of honey, 2 tablespoons of fresh lemon juice, and 1/4-1/2 teaspoon of salt. Mix everything together until well combined.
Chop 1 tablespoon of fresh parsley and stir it into the butter mixture.
Taste your honey garlic butter and adjust the salt or lemon juice according to your preference.
