Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) to ensure even cooking.
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper to prevent sticking.
  3. In a medium bowl, mix 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese with 1 tablespoon of optional parmesan cheese and any desired spices.
  4. Scoop tablespoon-sized portions onto the prepared baking sheet, flattening each mound slightly.
