  • 150 g flour all-purpose
  • 125 g ground hazelnuts
For the Cream Topping:
  • 150 ml cream heavy
  • 80 g sugar for topping
  • 10 g vanilla sugar 1 sachet

Method
 

Instructions
  1. Step 1: Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. Step 2: Cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.

  4. Step 4: Pour the batter into a greased cake pan and bake for 30-35 minutes.
