  • 1 can Black Beans drained and rinsed, 15-oz
  • 1 can Rotel Diced Tomatoes and Green Chilies drained, 10-oz
  • 3 cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese divided

Cooking Instructions
  1. Step 1: Prepare Your Ingredients - Gather and measure all your ingredients, chopping the cooked chicken into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Step 2: Combine Base Ingredients - In a large pot or Dutch oven, combine the unsalted cream of chicken soup, sour cream, chicken stock, and taco seasoning. Stir until well mixed.
  3. Step 3: Add Orzo and Cook - Add the uncooked orzo pasta to the pot, stirring to fully coat. Bring to a simmer over medium heat, stirring occasionally.
  4. Step 4: Incorporate Chicken and Vegetables - After about 5 minutes, add the cooked chicken, frozen corn, black beans, and drained Rotel tomatoes. Stir until combined and heated through.
