Ingredients
  

For the Tostadas:
  • 2 tortillas Mission Carb Balance low-carb tortillas
  • 2 tsp olive oil
  • 1/2 cup very finely chopped lettuce
  • 1/4 cup finely crumbled Feta
  • 10 Kalamata olives finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup hummus
  • Powdered sumac optional

Method
 

Instructions
  1. Step 1: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) to achieve perfect crispiness for your tortillas.
  2. Step 2: Lightly brush both sides of the tortillas with olive oil and toast in the oven for about 5–7 minutes until golden and crispy.
  3. Step 3: Finely chop the lettuce and Kalamata olives, and crumble the feta cheese. Set aside.
  4. Step 4: Spread hummus over each tortilla and top with chopped lettuce, feta, and olives.
  5. Step 5: Sprinkle powdered sumac over the tostadas for added flavor.
  6. Step 6: Slice into wedges and enjoy while warm and crispy!
