Baking Instructions:
- Step 1: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Step 2: Grease your 9x13-inch baking dish with cooking spray or line it with parchment paper.
- Step 3: In a mixing bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press this mixture into the bottom of the baking dish.
- Step 4: Evenly sprinkle the oats over the crust, then pour the sweetened condensed milk over the oats.
- Step 5: Sprinkle the peanut butter chips, chocolate chips, and mini M&Ms over the top, pressing them down gently.
- Step 6: Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown and set in the center.
- Step 7: Allow to cool completely on a wire rack before cutting into squares.
- Step 8: Serve and enjoy your delicious Monster Magic Cookie Bars!
