Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats regular or gluten-free
  • 1/2 cup vanilla almond milk or any milk of choice
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp pure maple syrup or honey to adjust sweetness
  • 1 tsp chia seeds or ground flax optional
  • 1 dash sea salt to enhance flavors
  • 1 Tbsp Nutella the star of the show!

Method
 

  1. Gather all the ingredients listed above.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats, chia seeds or ground flax (if using), and a dash of sea salt. Stir to mix the dry ingredients together.
  3. Pour in the vanilla almond milk, vanilla extract, and pure maple syrup or honey. Stir until everything is well combined.
  4. Add the Nutella to the mixture and swirl it in gently.
  5. Scoop the mixture into your jar or container, leaving some space at the top.
  6. Seal your jar and place it in the fridge overnight.
  7. In the morning, give your oats a good stir and enjoy cold or heat them in the microwave.

Notes

  • Store in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
  • Make a batch of multiple jars for grab-and-go breakfasts.
  • Keep toppings separate until ready to eat for freshness.
