Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large skillet over medium heat, add the lean ground beef and cook for about 5-7 minutes until browned. Drain excess fat.
Sprinkle the taco seasoning over the beef, pour in the water, and stir to combine. Simmer for 3-4 minutes. If using, add drained chili beans and mix well.
Arrange the Stand 'n Stuff Taco Shells in a baking dish and spoon the beef mixture into each shell.
Sprinkle shredded Mexican blend cheese over the tacos.
Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes until cheese is bubbly and slightly golden.
Remove from oven, let cool for a minute, then serve with toppings.
