Ingredients
  

For the Crust:
  • 8 large egg whites
  • 5 whole eggs
  • 1/4 cup coconut flour (sifted)
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Method
 

Instructions:
  1. Step 1: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Step 2: In a large mixing bowl, combine the egg whites and whole eggs. Beat until frothy and slightly stiff.
  3. Step 3: Sift together the coconut flour, baking powder, and salt in a separate bowl. Fold into the egg mixture until combined.
  4. Step 4: Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Spread the dough into a round shape, about 1/2 inch thick.
  5. Step 5: Pre-bake the crust for about 15 minutes, until golden brown and firm.
  6. Step 6: Add your favorite toppings and return the pizza to the oven for an additional 10-15 minutes.
  7. Step 7: Once ready, let it cool for a few minutes, slice, and serve!
