Cooking Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Pat the tilapia filets dry with paper towels.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the freshly grated Parmesan cheese, kosher salt, lemon pepper seasoning, and chopped fresh parsley. Mix well.
- Drizzle olive oil over the tilapia filets and rub it all over the fish.
- Press each filet into the Parmesan mixture, coating both sides.
- Place the coated tilapia filets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for about 12-15 minutes, or until the fish is cooked through and the crust is golden brown.
- Sprinkle freshly shredded Parmesan cheese and diced green onions on top before serving with lemon wedges.
