Ingredients
  

For the Sliders:
  • 12 count Hawaiian Rolls the sweet, soft base
  • 2 Tablespoons olive oil for a touch of richness
  • 1/3 cup marinara sauce the classic pizza flavor enhancer
  • 1 1/2 cups freshly shredded mozzarella cheese because who doesn’t love cheese?
  • 4 oz pepperoni slices a traditional favorite
  • 1/3 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese for an extra layer of flavor
  • 1/2 cup butter melted
  • 3 cloves garlic minced for that aromatic punch
  • 1 Tablespoon chopped fresh oregano (or 1 teaspoon dried)
  • 1 Tablespoon chopped fresh basil (or 1 teaspoon dried)

Method
 

Directions:
  1. Step 1: Preheat the Oven - Begin by preheating your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Step 2: Prepare the Hawaiian Rolls - Carefully slice the entire batch in half horizontally.
  3. Step 3: Assemble the Bottom Layer - Place the bottom half in a greased baking dish, spread marinara sauce, half mozzarella, pepperoni, and remaining mozzarella.
  4. Step 4: Add the Top Layer - Place the top half of the rolls back on top.
  5. Step 5: Make the Garlic Butter Mixture - Mix melted butter, minced garlic, oregano, and basil in a small bowl.
  6. Step 6: Brush the Garlic Butter - Generously brush the garlic butter mixture over the tops of the rolls.
  7. Step 7: Bake the Sliders - Cover with foil and bake for 15 minutes. Remove foil, add parmesan, and bake for another 10-15 minutes until golden.
  8. Step 8: Serve and Enjoy - Let cool slightly, slice along seams, and serve with marinara sauce.
