Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Mayonnaise Hellmann's or Dukes recommended
  • ½ cup Heinz ketchup for sweetness and tang
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce for depth of flavor
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder for extra flavor
  • 1 teaspoon Salt adjust to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper freshly ground preferred

Method
 

Instructions
  1. Gather your ingredients and measure them out.
  2. In a medium-sized mixing bowl, combine the mayonnaise and ketchup. Stir until well blended.
  3. Add Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper to the mixture.
  4. Using a whisk or a spoon, mix everything together until the sauce is smooth and creamy.
  5. Taste the sauce and adjust the seasonings if necessary.
  6. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and let it chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.

Notes

  • Store sauce in an airtight container in the fridge for up to one week.
  • Make ahead for enhanced flavors; it can be prepared a day in advance.
  • Freezing is not recommended due to mayonnaise texture changes.
