  • 6 ounces chopped dark chocolate
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 12-ounce bag mini Reese's peanut butter cups divided and chopped
For the Cheesecake Layer:
  • 1 8-ounce package cream cheese softened
  • ½ cup butter softened
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 12-ounce bag milk chocolate chips for topping

Method
 

  1. Step 1: Preheat the Oven - Start by preheating your oven to 350°F (175°C) for even baking.
  2. Step 2: Prepare the Baking Pan - Line a 9x13-inch baking pan with parchment paper and lightly grease it.
  3. Step 3: Make the Brownie Batter - Melt the butter and dark chocolate, then mix with sugars and vanilla. Add eggs and flour.
  4. Step 4: Fold in the Peanut Butter Cups - Gently mix in half of the chopped mini Reese's peanut butter cups.
  5. Step 5: Prepare the Cheesecake Layer - Beat cream cheese and butter, then add egg, sugar, salt, vanilla, and peanut butter.
  6. Step 6: Assemble the Brownies - Layer half of the brownie mix, then the cheesecake, and top with the remaining brownie mix.
  7. Step 7: Add Toppings - Sprinkle remaining chopped mini Reese's and chocolate chips on top.
  8. Step 8: Bake - Bake for 30-35 minutes until a toothpick comes out with moist crumbs.
  9. Step 9: Cool and Serve - Cool for 30 minutes, lift out using parchment, cut, and enjoy!
