Ingredients
  

  • 15 ounces canned chickpeas drained, rinsed, and dried
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons Cajun seasoning adjust to taste

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Drain, rinse, and thoroughly dry your canned chickpeas. Pat them down with a clean kitchen towel.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the dried chickpeas with olive oil and Cajun seasoning. Ensure every chickpea is well-coated.
  4. Spread the seasoned chickpeas out in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  5. Roast in the oven for about 25-30 minutes, stirring halfway through.
  6. Let them cool for a few minutes before enjoying.

Notes

  • Store in an airtight container at room temperature for maximum crunch.
  • Reheat in the oven at 350°F (175°C) for 5-10 minutes to restore crispiness.
  • For an oil-free version, use an air fryer instead.
